I've always seen things differently. Turns out that's the whole job.

I'm May Cruz, a creative director with a 15-year habit of seeing things other people walk right past.

For 15+ years I've been the person brands call when they need more than execution. They need someone who can see the full picture, the strategy and the aesthetic, the cultural context and the executional detail, and translate all of it into work that actually lands.

My background spans luxury commercial interiors at Bentley Mills, residential real estate, nonprofit brand building, and B2C consumer products. I've directed national tradeshow activations for 5,000+ attendees, concepted and produced editorial campaigns that earned press in TrendHunter and Design Milk, built websites for mission-driven organizations, and designed for luxury residential developments.

What connects all of it is a creative practice built on cultural curiosity. I don't just follow trends, I research them. I collect references from architecture, fashion, art, and design across countries and eras, and I bring that depth to every project I touch.
